OUR STORY & PHILOSOPHY

Fern + Stone came to be in early 2018, born of the unrelenting creative hunger of artist and owner, Britney Renee.

With a penchant for art, a lifelong love of 'rocks', and a desire to surround herself with beautiful things, creating her own statement pieces seemed the fastest route to obtaining them.  Her love of crochet was the driving force behind her quest to learn to make jewelry, so she set out to teach herself to incorporate beads into her work and began experimenting with shapes, colors, and materials.  With each passing season she taught herself a new skill, incorporated a new element, and released a new collection.  What began with a ball of thread, a hook, and a handful of beads has evolved into a collection of bohemian luxe pieces unique to the season, its wearer, and the maker herself.
